In November 25, 2010, the Heilongjiang provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, Heilongjiang provincial ideological and Political Work Research Association and Heilongjiang provincial enterprise culture construction association hosted the provincial safety culture construction experience exchange conference held in Qitaihe, Heilongjiang Province.
